When measles seems like a problem far, far away how do we make Danes aware of the disease that kills children every single day? This was the task we got from Doctors Without Borders. So we decided to bring the problem much closer.
We teamed up with Denmark’s leading special effects artist and made an ultra realistic baby doll with measles, which we then displayed all over the country. And the idea did not only catch the attention of people in the streets, but it also caught the awareness of the media, and was featured in a 9 minute segment on Denmark’s largest morning show.
